🚂 This is a stretch to the front of the hip specifically the TFL muscle (tensor fasciae latae) and sartorius. This may be difficult to go all the way down with your leg at first, be cautious if you have hip pain or pathology for your specific case, as with any exercise. This is not for post-surgical treatment or any treatment this is merely a demonstration of how I stretch this area. You can use it as Mobility back and forth several times to help improve range of motion. #hipstretch #sartorius
