Sharpshooter 4 Challenge, Go to Hanging Dog Ranch near Strawberry. Un-alive all O'Driscolls except one. hogtie the last one and place him just at the edge of the ooen stables and Climb to the very top of the tower and Unalive him with the Tomahawk. This was done with the basic tomahawk.

I hear that Sharpshooter 9 can be difficult for some people to get, here's an ironclad way to get it everytime, equip the sawed off shotguns shells, stand back away from your targets and highlight their heads with deadeye and shoot. Hope this helps.
