When doing leg lymphatic drainage don’t start at your toes. Think about it… if you have swelling in your ankles or toes you need to move the fluid all the way up to your clavicles (that’s where it drains) So doesn’t it make sense that you would move the fluid in your groin first to make room for the fluid below (like in your knee to be able to move.)
