This little building doesn't look like much from the outside, it's nestled amongst farm buildings at the end of a narrow road. But prepare to be very surprised by the inside of St Mary's Church at Grandtully. A painted church ceiling like this is incredibly rare in Scotland, created in the 1600s when King Charles I was trying to force Scotland to follow in the footsteps of the Anglican faith. A very unpopular decision and the imagery here wouldn't have been to the bleak tastes of the Presbyteria

Time for another Wee Wander and this time Molly and I are exploring the north Aberdeenshire coast! We're going to start this tour through the dunes at Rattray Head, a corner of the coast so dangerous that this picture-perfect lighthouse was built here in 1895 by the famous Stevenson family.
