This drawing was an important reminder for me. Practicing gratitude is so important. It can be so easy to fall into a routine, and get used to what we have, and focus so much on what we don’t have, maybe wanting for more. And it’s ok to want for more, but it’s also critical to reflect and recognise all the amazing things we have already. Maybe it’s clean water, a place to sleep, food, tasty food if you’re fortunate! Whatever it is, I find it really helpful to just take a step back sometimes. Eve
