I first tried cherimoya last year and I have regretted not serving it inside of a coconut ever since! Cherimoya is in my top ten favorite fruits- it is truly unlike anything else.But trust me when I tell you not all cherimoya is the same. You have to wait until it’s super soft and juicy for the best experience. The flavor is like a super light, sweet, creamy pineapple and the texture is custardy and smooth.I always prefer removing the seeds and sifting the pulp to get the most desirable texture.
