Filipino chicken adobo is so comforting especially over a big bowl of rice & spoonfuls of the sauce! Cooking is my love language so this was one of the first Filipino dishes I learned how to make for my husband. It’s savory, tangy, garlicky—so good we make it almost every week & it’s even better as leftovers (although we hardly ever have any 🤭) It’s braised in soy sauce & vinegar.
