Steps to starting ABA services: 1. Call our office at 786-432-5099 & ask to speak to our intake coordinator. • They will need 3 things from you -letter of medical necessity -referral for ABA therapy -consent to treatment forms 2. Our office will then submit your documents to your insurance provider to request the authorization for the initial assessment. 3. Once we receive approval, the BCBA on your case will reach out to schedule the initial assessment. 4. The BCBA will write the treatment plan
