Freezing homemade pasta! I got a lot of questions asking how I store my pasta so let's talk about it! As I make it, I lay the pasta out on baking sheets to dry for a couple of hours. I do it this way because I don't really have a good spot to hang dry all of it. Some I use fresh and the rest I freeze.
