Science Who knew that you could cook eggs in a petri dish without the need for oil or heat? Teacher didn’t! 🤭🧑🏼‍🏫. They learnt along with today’s Science class that you can actually achieve a similar eggy composition using nothing but a denatured alcohol solution. Festivities in India are in full swing and to end Durga Puja celebrations, this dish is perfect. Sharing one of my favourite Bengali dish recipe: Macher Jhol (Mustard Fish Curry). 🌼🍽️ It is in the form of a very spicy stew or gravy that is served with rice. Machher Jhol is liberally seasoned with turmeric, garlic, onions, and grated ginger and Indian spices. Tomatoes are also added to impart the dish with a reddish color which is preferred by the people of Bengal. #chefatulkochhar #atulkochhar
