A galactic power couple! These two galaxies are NGC 4302 (the one seen edge-on) and NGC 4298 (tilted). Both are approximately 55 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices! This pair of galaxies is actually fairly similar in terms of content and structure, even though they look different – that’s just because they’re angled at different positions in the sky.
