#duet with @kirsten beach #sumosquats this is not a sumo squat. Its basically seated good morning except youre holding the load which in turn challenges the arms/grip and limits loading. This is not no glutes, its some but if you look at where peak resistance is the adductor magnus will have better leverage over the glutes to do that motion. Youd actually want peak resistance closer to that starting seated position to better train the glutes. So something like a leg press, lunge, rdl or split sq
