Cape Malay one pot beef biriyani 300g butternut and cauliflower florets 120g chickpeas 150ml brown basmati rice 1 onion 300g beef mince 30ml woollies biriyani mix 1 fresh chilli 80g spinach Preheat oven 200 degrees. Roast veg 30-35min. Halfway through cook add chickpeas. Prepare brown basmati rice Fry diced onion, add minced beef till brown. Add biryani mix and chilli. Add spinach when done to wilt.
