Wuthering Heights, Emily Brontë and the truth about the ‘real-life Heathcliff’

It’s officially Blue Monday, so here’s a special treat to brighten your day. Last month, pianist Noah Merrall came to the Parsonage, and played on the Brontë piano. We recorded his recital as part of a very exciting project in the works (more of that later)… This is ‘Ye Banks and Braes o’ Bonny Doon’ by Robert Burns, and is a song that is found in Anne Brontë’s song book, Branwell Brontë’s flute book, and Charlotte Brontë’s ‘Shirley’.
