Here are the 10 things I did to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks in perimenopause 👉🏼1️⃣Somewhat aggressive calorie deficit (more aggressive means the fat loss phase can be shorter - which IMO is better for you if you can stick to it)2️⃣Stuck to said deficit 100% (If you can’t be complaint then a smaller deficit is better!)3️⃣Got at least .8g/lb of body weight in protein daily 4️⃣Ate approx 25g fiber a day5️⃣Beyond the protein and fiber, I ate whatever I wanted!
