Long process of checking the boards on this Bernina 1030 today. The machine had an intermittent fault with reregistering the foot control. All the obvious was checked and multiple foot controllers tried so it was clear that the fault was with the machine. Checking the board was painstaking but All connections and components were operating nominally. In the end it came down to rewiring the ribbon cable to the foot controller socket, and contact cleaning all ribbon cables and board connections. Fi
