Only because I always like to combine my shooting training with something physical! I started out doing strong and weak hand practice standing up normally. After that I progressed to pushups, then one box jumps with push ups then two boxes. It was definitely a challenge and really forced me to focus on a perfect trigger squeeze and a good sight picture when my arms were getting tired. Will it help my shooting improve? We shall see! Always a purpose! *** do not try this at home**** The goal of this drill was to learn how to work on moving and shooting with an angled focus so to speak. Moving One Direction while focusing on the task at hand another direction. Obviously, a lot easier just walking, but I am trying to fine tune those motor skills and synapses in the brain to fire only when the shot is there and Learning how to recognize the difference between a good shot/hit and a miss. . #donottrythisathome #trickshot #tricks
