THE BEST PAIRING!!!! Truffle Gouda from @artikaasgouda and Syrah from @klinkerbrick is a match made in heaven. When I pair cheese and wine, i like to try them individually with a pallet clenser in between. And then go to town doing cheese, wine, cheese. It’s easy to get carried away with this pairing so make sure you’re at home or have a DD 🤣 I hope you give it a shot!
