A little update… Im a week out from my appendix removal (Laparoscopic surgery, so thankfully, quicker healing time) and I’m feeling good enough to start more ‘intentional’ rehab. I’ve been walking more and more each day and now I’ve started to introduce some low-load core stability, mobility and bodyweight movement pattern training.
