Goliad Flag or the dramatic “Bloody Arm Flag” was raised at the Presidio La Bahia in Goliad on Dec. 20th 1835 in honor of the signing of the Goliad Declaration if Independence. This Declaration was signed two months before the General Convention officially declared independence.
