Have you tried the “mountain chicken” ! Are Frog Legs originally French ? In the vast landscape of French cuisine, there is one dish that stands out as uniquely, quintessentially French in the minds of many. I am not referring to baguettes, foiegras, or even cheeses. I’m referring to frog legs. This delicacy, often grilled or deep fried and seasoned with ginger, garlic, onion, and pepper, is still popular in France. People in China were probably eating frog legs as early as the first century AD.

LEMONGRASS FROG LEGS (aka….the other chicken). Recreate my childhood favorite frog leg we regularly got from our backyard with very simple recipes…fish sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, salt, lemongrass, chili. First marinade frog leg with Judy sugar & fish sauce. Set aside for 30 minutes. Stir fried lemongrass with regular oil then add in all the ingredients & water. That’s it. I eat with white rice, cucumber & banana or cold watermelon. The whiskey…..ummmm….lol Would you like this to be on menu? D
