I have some material for a podcast that is great material. But it's longer than I've allowed for when planning my Podcast. My goal was to keep it at 20 Minutes, but I'm finding that difficult to manage. One recording in particular is running over an hour. So do I rethink the concept of my Podcast, and the length is just the length? Or do I break it up into three distinct episodes? If I do, do I release them all together or just all at once? I'm leaning towards ditching the 20 minute hard cut-off
