The most relaxing app in the world

Hip Mobility - I love this set up for the hips creating some rigidity to create intentional movement. Like a quadruped hip circle but upright with more tension. Sometimes I look at mobility and stability like a diving board. There needs to be some proximal stability so that distally we can be free. This set up also makes it easier for us to notice when we may be compensating and is definitely a big part of my Bulletproof your Hips Program.
