One of my favorites, the Pleiades or Seven Sisters in the constellation of Taurus. It’s over 400 light years away and over 15 light years wide. This open cluster has a total of 1000 stars although most of them are much fainter redder stars. The bright blue stars are surrounded by reflection nebula of dust that makes this cluster special.
