Wanting to work on your obliques? Standing side crunches are ❌NOT❌ the answer. Instead, try a Kettlebell Windmill! Start with your feet about hip width apart, feet facing forward. Hold a kettlebell in one hand and press up directly above the shoulder. Make sure your spine is straight and your core is engaged. With the other hand, start to glide it down the outside of the leg, bending at the side, while keeping the kettlebell arm in place towards the ceiling. Then reverse the movement and return
