This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever tried! Mung bean jelly! I know it’s rare to hear the term easy recipe coming from me but I’m going to try and make more videos with easier recipes too! Mung beans are super versatile I have had them in stews before similar to lentil soup, in noodle dishes, and my favorite preparation is as a jelly! (If you can’t tell I really love jelly’s and things with the chewy gelatin texture). For this I used freeze dried mung bean powder, salt, and filtered wa
