You can use it for a daily use or when you’re not feeling well or if you’re feeling bloated or if you have acid reflux, etc… here’s the recipe: about 5 ounces of honey, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoo
