Rap music has a long and storied history with many influences, and its of course very difficult to pinpoint the first rap song as it emerged gradually and over time, but this recent vintage clip surfaced that many began asking if this was one of the earlier recorded rap songs of all time. Sung by The Jubilaires, this gospel song Noah features clever lyrics about Noah and the Ark, and showcases a style of spoken-singing that was a predecessor to modern day hip hop or rap.
