❓ Should you eat sugar substitutes? In just a couple of years of having erythritol and xylitol (sugar substitutes, sugar alcohols), my digestive system rebelled... extreme distress. 😩 To me, it's just not worth it! Instead, I choose to have natural sweeteners, but less of them. So I still have the enjoyment, but not the extreme sweetness or sugar overload.
