How to make and use a router hinge jig in less than 60 seconds. I'm using a Portuguese type hinge here, but it works for any hinges with leaves. * Measure the length and width of the hinge leaf. * Cut strips of offcuts to match the width. I'm using 18mm ply as it works well with my guide bushing size. * Cut spacer and make sure to account for guide bushing offset (not necessary if you are using flush cut bit). Offset = diameter of guide bushing - diameter of cutter ÷ 2 * Glue and pin together. *
