PSA: Don’t forget to read your ingredients labels! For years I bought an olive oil spread thinking it was healthier as I was getting the benefits of extra virgin olive oil but was shocked that: 1. It only contained 19% olive oil 2. It had way more vegetable and palm oil than olive oil 3. It only used olive oil not extra virgin olive oil 4. It also contained emulsifies and preservatives I was so afraid to eat “real butter” for so many years but I have certainly changed my tune over the years and
