Yutoku Inari Shrine rivals Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto. This gorgeous shrine in Saga prefecture is far less crowded, and, in my personal opinion, better! The view is gorgeous. It is quite a hike though, so be prepared. If you have accessibility issues, there is an elevator. But you have to pay for it. It also looks like it doesn’t go all the way to the top.
