Zone 4 Officers Arrest Armed Convicted Felon with Active Warrants On February 3, 2023, Atlanta Police officers, Officer Hurst, and Officer Duncan, became aware of a wanted person in the area of Victoria Pl. SW. The officers located the male they were looking for, who was out walking his dog. While questioning the male, he began backing away and fleeing on foot while dragging his dog. While in the foot pursuit, the suspect reached into his waistband and pulled out a firearm. Fortunately, the susp
