Three things I wish I knew earlier in life as a dermatologist! 1. Neopsporin contains neomycin which has potential to develop an allergy, even if you've used it before. It's so high that derms don't recommend it at all. Using Vaseline or Aquaphor on wounds is just as effective 2. Tanning regardless of indoor /outdoor dramatically increases risk of Melanoma 3. At night our sweat glands are less active due to drop in body temperature which allows antiperspirants to penetrate better and work better
