INGREDIENTS: 8 oz pasta (whatever pasta you’d like) 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp garlic 1/2 cup onion 1/2 cup zucchini 1/2 cup red pepper 1/2 cup yellow squash 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes (these are extra juicy!) 1 cup of corn (about 3 ears) 1/4 cup chicken broth juice
