The height and spacing on the floor trusses is important. Here my #HolmesApproved builder Bernskoetter Construction has used 18” floor trusses on 16” centres. This can now handle 100 psf total load with min deflection (L/480) on 21’ spans. More than double the load rating dictated by min code.
