Pie Crust 2 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup butter chilled and chopped 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup ice cold water In your food processor mix only 1 1/2 cup flour sugar and salt then start pulsing 3-4 times and chopped the butter spread it out in the food processor and pulse at 10 to 15 times. Add the rest of the flour. Pulse 5 times. Then drizzle water all over the flour mixture, and pulse it another 7 to 8 times. Do not overmix If you can squeeze a little bit in your hands of the dough
