Cook 2 cup spinach in a pan for 5 min Take 4 cup wheat flour Add 2 cups besan to it Take 1 tbsp fennel seeds and 1 tbsp carom seeds (Coarse ground) Add it to your flour now add chilli powder and salt as per taste. Blend spinach ( you can add ginger and green chilli) and add paste to flour. Knead dough for paranthas.
