Arugula Salad

This Fresh and Simple Arugula Salad with olive oil, lemon, and shaved Pecorino Romano for Week 6 of my Salad Series. 🍋 This is so easy, it’s almost not a recipe, but it somehow still elevates your typical side salad experience into something restaurant worthy. This Arugula Salad pairs so well with variety of meals - lasagna, pizza, and really any protein. And if I want a quick and easy dinner, I will toss on some Air Fried Shrimp or Salmon and viola.
