I think Julius has a beautiful body for a 43-year-old. A body of work. Julius doesn’t like “showing off.” So the other day, we’re in the gym doing some biceps together. I’m filming him because he’s teaching his FitDads, and the gym empties. I see the opportunity and say “Do it with your shirt off, quick!” To my surprise, he does… for about 3 seconds. The three seconds you see here. Luckily I was filming or nobody would see it. I think he should do this more often, maybe once a week on #SJFlirtyF

Because it was my birthday yesterday and we all ate a lot, we decided to do our Sunday run today instead (Saturday) and to make it a longer run (10km, which is 1 lap around the Dubai Marina). We left at 5:30 am because Dubai is bringing the HEAT! My Apple watch said we ran/walked 10km, my iPhone said 11km, Julius’ iPhone said 9km. 😂 Which one is accurate? | Sharny & Julius

It’s not so hot in Dubai, so all the sporting events have started. There is no Parkrun in Dubai, so the cheapest event you can get is called the Spinneys Family Run, which is run by Super Sports Events. The entry is 10dhs plus whatever you want to donate to charity. Annie from Super Sports is one of our favourite people because she works SO HARD! She’s always on the go, with a smile on her face.
