Powder Room From HGTV Dream Home 2013

Transformation Saturday✨ This powder room was very basic and boring so of course we had to make it a little bit more sparkly! Also the tile work tested my skills since I decided to do a herringbone style and had I never done it before but I loved the color and how it turned out! I have a ton of projects that we saved from our last house and we are slowly working on some projects in our new home. I wanted our powder room to feel moody and interesting, but also classic. I went with Knoxville Gray by Ben Moore at 50% strength and added wall moulding which made such a difference! I painted the walls and ceiling the same color all in an eggshell finish. Mixed metals of polished chrome and antique brass And one of my favorite details is the honed Carrara marble baseboards.
