30 days of health bowls, day 6 is a miso salmon noodle bowl! This by far is now my favourite of all the recipes. It looks complicated but I assure it may have also taken the least amount of time to cook. Save my recipe for Miso Soup! You only need five ingredients: 20 grams dashi powder, 3 tbsp of miso paste, about 1/4 cup dried seaweed, 1 container of silken tofu 4-5 cups water and sliced green onions. Miso paste is very delicate never bring your soup to a boil.
