Junior Tatola is finally off crutches, 6 months after suffering a 5th metatarsal fracture (Jones fracture) in his foot. Rabbitohs initially opted for a non-surgical approach to rehab/bone healing which was unsuccessful, so surgery was then required. 5th metatarsal is one of the bones in the foot with a relatively poor blood supply so healing can be unpredictable. Must have been many complications for Tatola to only just be getting off crutches now. Still a long rehab process ahead but all going
