Follow @kalejunkie for more—I’m excited to share my ARMENIAN STUFFED BELL PEPPER DOLMAS, a very delicious and EASY recipe from my childhood. Note: I’m sure many middle eastern cultures have a similar dish, I’m sharing how we—in an Armenian household—made it, courtesy of my mom and grandma. This dish is SO FLAVORFUL, and the meat and rice cook inside the bell peppers, so all those juices are inside the peppers when you cut them open. I promise this recipe is quick, easy and you can’t mess it up!
