Smash Bros Brawl Marth classic mode

The mind and body are working together well now, food is so much better, my macros are under control, I’ve been consistent for close to 4 weeks, the body is adapting well, I’m losing fat and keeping muscle, while increasing my flexibility and ROM, all in all, very happy and productive few weeks. This is only the start, I have to get to a shape I’m happy with for mid May, and then hold that and my fitness for 3 months, so the hard work really is only just starting, but having a PURPOSE and a GOAL
