KOALA RESCUE Inc received a call from a most concerned member of the public, who reported that they had found a koala on the ground at the base of a tree. Zi, a little girl currently in care with amazing KOALA RESCUE Inc volunteers. This beautiful young koala was found hanging onto a tree after being hit on a busy suburban street. Luckily she had no broken bones, however needed to stay at the vet for a number of weeks due to internal bleeding, deflated lungs and impact trauma.
