This was hard to make. For the first time, my active addiction is starting to feel far away. I have felt super close to it for a long time - which I’m grateful for because I don’t ever want to forget or have less compassion for someone who’s relapsed. But lately it feels almost hard to believe it even happened. Like, who was that? But writing these captions brought it back in full force. I remember spilling that shot so clearly.
