Gluten free Waffle week !!! Ingredients: ▢ 2 large eggs ▢ 1/4 cup granulated sugar ▢ 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract ▢ 1/2 cup vegetable oil ▢ 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour ▢ 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum, (leave out if your flour blend already has it) ▢ 4 teaspoons gluten free baking powder ▢ 1/4 teaspoons salt ▢ 1 3/4 cup milk Mix everything and put in the waffle maker for 3 minutes like the amount in the video.
