A wild female ‘Spiny Leaf Insect’ (Extatosoma tiaratum) I encountered scaling the side of the house. Usually they are brownish yellow in colour. First time seeing a green one!💚 This species can get quite large in size. As they mature, they moult their exoskeletons several times to give themselves room to grow.
