Tofu můžeme využít naslano i nasladko. Pro sladké verze volíme vždy bílé tofu a to buď firm (pevné) nebo silken, které má krémovější strukturu a hodí se jak jinak než na krémy. 😁 Bílé tofu nemá samo o sobě příliš intezivní chuť, a tak ho nakládáme, marinujeme nebo kořeníme. V regálech najdeme také uzené tofu, které v tradičním pojetí vzniká díky namáčení do shoyu. Tofu využíjeme na všechny možné způsoby od pomázánek až po hlavní jídla.
